A remote attacker<br \/>could use this to cause a denial of service (system crash). (<a href=\"http:\/\/people.ubuntu.com\/~ubuntu-security\/cve\/CVE-2016-9555\">CVE-2016-9555<\/a>)<\/p>\n<p>It was discovered that multiple memory leaks existed in the XFS<br \/>implementation in the Linux kernel. A local attacker could use this to<br \/>cause a denial of service (memory consumption).
