Announcing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17074 for PC Hello Windows Insiders! Today, we are releasing Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 17074 for PC to Windows Insiders in the Fast ring and for those who opted in to Skip Ahead. Please note that the same block for AMD processors as explained here is also in place for this flight. What’s new in Build 17074 Reimagined Windows Internationalization We have redesigned localization of Windows in this release. Now you can find your desired language (Local Experience Pack – or “Language Pack”) through the Microsoft Store and Region & Language section of the Settings app. The Settings app provides improved discoverability of features supported for each language.
