Amazon EBS 신규 볼륨 유형(io2) – 100배 높은 내구성과 10배 높은 IOPS (서울 리전 포함) 프로비저닝된 IOPS의 EBS 볼륨은 2012년에 출시되었습니다. 이러한 볼륨은 I/O 사용량 및 지연 시간 민감도가 가장 높은 애플리케이션에 매우 적합합니다. 2017년에 출시된 탄력적 볼륨을 사용하여 필요한 성능 수준에 맞춘 다음 나중에 변경할 수 있기 때문입니다. SSD 기반 스토리지의 GiB(기비바이트)당 IOPS 비율은 지난 몇 년간 여러 차례에 걸쳐 증가했습니다. 가장 최근은 2016년 8월입니다.
