AWS Step Functions, 서울 리전 출시 AWS Step Functions은 시각적 워크플로를 사용해 분산 애플리케이션 및 마이크로서비스의 구성 요소를 손쉽게 조정할 수 있습니다. 오늘 부터 서울 리전에서 사용할 수 있게 되었습니다. AWS 서버리스 플랫폼의 일부로, 서버리스 애플리케이션을 위해 AWS Lambda 함수를 간편하게 오케스트레이션할 수 있습니다. 또한, Amazon EC2 및 Amazon ECS와 같은 컴퓨팅 리소스를 사용하는 마이크로 서비스 오케스트레이션에도 Step Functions를 사용할 수 있습니다. Amazon Aurora (PostgreSQL 엔진), 서울 리전 출시 Amazon Aurora는 고성능 상용 데이터베이스의 성능과 가용성에 오픈 소스 데이터베이스의 간편성과 비용 효율성을 결합한 클라우드 기반 MySQL 및 PostgreSQL 호환 관계형 데이터베이스입니다. MySQL 호환 버전에 이어 오늘 서울 리전에 PostgreSQL  호환 버전을 출시합니다. Aurora는 표준 PostgresSQL 데이터베이스보다 3배 빠릅니다. 또한, 1/10의 비용으로 상용 데이터베이스 수준의 보안, 가용성 및 안정성을 제공합니다. 현재 사용중인 PostgreSQL에서 모든 코드와 애플리케이션, 드라이버, 도구를 거의 또는 전혀 변경하지 않고도 Aurora에서 사용할 수 있습니다. Amazon Aurora 데이터베이스 엔진은 PostgreSQL 9.6과 호환되도록 설계되었으며, PostgreSQL 9.6용 RDS에서 지원하는 것과 같은 PostgreSQL 확장 세트를 지원하므로 두 엔진 간에 애플리케이션을 손쉽게 이동할 수 있습니다.
