차세대 I3 인스턴스 타입 출시 – 고성능 I/O를 위한 애플리케이션 지원 지난 AWS re:Invent에서 EC2 Instance 업데이트 소식을 알려드리면서, 향후 새로운 소식을 추가로 알려드리겠다는 말씀을 드렸습니다. 오늘 AWS 서울 리전을 포함하여 총 15 개의 리전에서 아래와 같이 6 가지 종류의 새로운 I3 인스턴스를 출시하게 되었습니다.  I/O 최적 워크로드 용으로 설계된 I3 인스턴스 패밀리는  높은 효율의 NVMe SSD 스토리지를 갖추고 있으며, 4KB 블록에서 최대 330만 IOPS를 제공하고 순차 디스크 처리량에서 최대 16GB/초를 제공 할 수 있습니다. 따라서, 이를 통해 관계형 데이터베이스, NoSQL 데이터베이스, 검색 엔진, 데이터웨어 하우스, 실시간 분석 및 디스크 기반 캐시를 포함하여 높은 I/O 처리량과 낮은 지연 시간을 요구하는 모든 업무에 적합합니다.
