Dev Home Preview 0.2 Release Welcome to our second release of Dev Home! This release updates Dev Home Preview to version 0.2 and the Dev Home GitHub Extension to version 0.2 as well. You can install Dev Home from the Microsoft Store or from the GitHub releases page. For this release, we focused on resolving bugs and adding quality improvements. Miscellaneous improvements 🛠️ A WinGet YAML configuration file for NodeJS has been added to the repository. 🛠️ The dashboard now displays a loading progress ring while loading widgets (Thanks @aksoftware98!). 🛠️ System widget graphs now use antialiasing for a smoother appearance. 🛠️ Core widgets now work on Arm64 devices (Thanks @snickler). 🛠️ The repository cloning tool now shows you repositories you’ve previously cloned. Microsoft study: Small businesses intrigued by AI and the opportunities it brings Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the defining technology of our time. The data featured in this post is from an internal study, the “Small Business State of Mind” report, commissioned by Microsoft Corporation in May 2023 and conducted by Wakefield Research. The pace of work has increased exponentially, and people are struggling to shoulder the weight of it all. Releasing Windows 11 Build 22621.1926 to the Release Preview Channel Hello Windows Insiders, today we’re releasing Windows 11 Build 22621.1926 (KB5027303) to Insiders in the Release Preview Channel on Windows 11, version 22H2.   This update includes the following features and improvements. As part of this update, we are enabling the new features and enhancements that began gradually rolling out last month. New! This update improves several simplified Chinese fonts and the Microsoft Pinyin Input Method Editor (IME) to support GB18030-2022. You can enter and display characters from conformance level 1 or 2 using the additions to Microsoft Yahei, Simsun, and Dengxian. This update now supports Unicode Extensions E and F in the Simsun Ext-B font. This meets the requirements for level 3. New! Announcing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22621.1900 and 22631.1900 Hello Windows Insiders, today we are releasing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 22621.1900 and Build 22631.1900 (KB5027301) to the Beta Channel. Build 22631.1900 = New features rolling out. Build 22621.1900 = New features off by default. REMINDER: Insiders who were previously on Build 22624 will automatically get moved to Build 22631 via an enablement package. The enablement package artificially increments the build number for the update with new features getting rolled out and turned on to make it easier to differentiate from devices with the update with features off by default. This approach is being used for the Beta Channel only and is not indicative of any changes or plans for final feature rollouts.
