TL;DR We are re-introducing tablet-optimized taskbar and System Tray updates. These changes are beginning to roll out so not all Insiders in the Dev Channel will see these changes right away. What’s new Tablet-optimized taskbar We’re re-introducing the touch-optimized taskbar that’s designed to make you feel more confident and comfortable using your device as a tablet.
