Announcing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25136 Hello Windows Insiders, today we are releasing Windows 11 Insider Preview Build 25136 to the Dev Channel. TL;DR We have begun rolling out File Explorer tabs and navigation updates to Windows Insiders. Details below. We have also begun rolling out an update for Widgets that will show dynamic content on the taskbar. As always, this build includes a good set of fixes that improve the overall experience for Windows Insiders on the latest preview builds. New Updates for Notepad and Media Player for Windows Insiders Hello Windows Insiders, we have rolled out updates for Notepad and Media Player to Windows Insiders on Windows 11. Notepad We are rolling out changes to Notepad that we think the community will enjoy! Native ARM64 support: We’ve improved the Notepad experience on ARM64 devices on versions 11.2204 and higher available in all channels. You’ll see faster and better performance when you use the app. Improved performance: In addition to the improved performance on ARM64 devices, you’ll notice additional performance improvements—especially when scrolling very large files or replacing large of text—across all devices in version 11.2205 and higher available in the Dev channel. Releasing Windows 11, version 22H2 to the Release Preview Channel Hello Windows Insiders! Today we are making Windows 11, version 22H2 Build 22621 available in the Release Preview Channel for Windows Insider Program for Business participants to validate on devices in their organizations. Commercial devices* configured for the Release Preview Channel via the Windows Insider Program Settings page or via Windows Update for Business policy, whether through Microsoft Intune or through Group Policy, will automatically be offered Windows 11, version 22H2 as an optional update provided that the device(s) meet the hardware requirements. Windows 11, version 22H2 is also now available via Windows Server Update Service and Azure Marketplace.
